Prayer Wheel, 19th century.  Mostly copper with raised letters that are partially silver plated.  The top has a design of The Wheel  in nice detail.  The bottom has a design of the double dorje in carving.  Inside the prayers are intact and protected by a silk embroidered covering. Wheel is still functional and has overall wear.   Measures 9 cm tall (just measuring the main body of the piece.
